Foster Care Associates (FCA) seeks to appoint an experienced Senior/Supervising Social Worker. As a Senior/Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of social workers. Your primary objective will be to ensure that children receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of social workers
  • Develop and implement effective case management plans
  • Provide supervision and support to social workers
  • Collaborate with other agencies to achieve the best outcomes for children

Requirements:

  • ASYE applications are welcome
  • Experience in social work, particularly in child protection
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
