About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Surveyor to join our team in delivering a nationwide £5.2 billion programme of capital flood defence work. As part of our Estates Service, you will play a key role in providing professional property expertise across all aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide surveying work across various projects, involving diverse, multi-skilled teams.
  • Be involved in all stages of project delivery, from feasibility through to completion.
  • Manage a diverse land and property portfolio, including commercial and rural property management, valuation, and landlord and tenant issues.
  • Represent our interests with a broad customer and client base in estate management.

Requirements

  • Fellow of the CAAV (FAAV)
  • Qualified as a chartered surveyor (MRICS/FRICS) ideally in Land and Resources, Commercial, or Rural
  • Full and valid driving licence
  • Experience of estate management, acquisition, and disposal work in the urban and/or rural environment and experience within land rights acquisition
