About the Role

The LATA Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising and Volunteer Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, managing our volunteer program, and ensuring effective donor communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute fundraising plans to increase donations and support from trusts, foundations, and individuals
  • Manage and coordinate the work of our volunteer teams to improve effectiveness and efficiency
  • Design and implement donor communication strategies to engage and retain our supporters
  • Represent the LATA Foundation as a spokesperson and advocate, promoting our mission and values
Requirements
  • Proven experience in fundraising, volunteer management, and donor communication
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and networking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Mailchimp
  • Experience with social media and digital communications
