About the Role
The Muse Sales Associate is a key member of our sales team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our stores. As a brand ambassador, you will be the face of Kate Spade, embodying our values of creativity, optimism, and passion for life.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective selling skills and product knowledge
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve store goals and objectives
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inspiring shopping environment
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
