About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Muse at Kate Spade New York. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving store objectives related to sales, efficiency, and service by applying Kate Spade selling techniques and undergoing Kate Spade Service coaching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and productivity goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and embody the essence of the Kate Spade brand
  • Act as a brand ambassador and promote the Kate Spade lifestyle
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store objectives and drive results
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales training programs
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Prior experience in a retail service setting
  • Background in luxury retail operations (preferred)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
