Internal Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Manager to join our dynamic team at Care UK Residential. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective internal communications strategy that engages and motivates our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of internal communications plans that align with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create engaging content and communications channels that support our operational implementation.
  • Manage and develop a direct report, providing coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Research and stay up-to-date with current trends and innovations in internal communications.
  • Develop and deliver content plans for employee events and cyclical engagement initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
