We are recruiting for an experienced Adult Community/District Nurse to join our team at ELECT GROUP. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience in palliative care, medical drug administration, and phlebotomy tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the District Nursing team by undertaking caseloads, assessments, and planning and evaluation of patient care needs
  • Liaise with health care professionals to ensure effective service delivery
  • Develop and implement care plans for patients
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of one year's experience working as an Adult Community/District Nurse in the UK
  • Valid NMC registration
  • Current full immunisation history
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
