Exciting Opportunity as a Hotel Team Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Hotel Team Manager to join our team at the Chelmsford City Centre Premier Inn.

About the Role:

As a Hotel Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen team in preparing, cooking, and serving our legendary Premier Inn breakfasts and classic dishes. Your role will include managing your team, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff
  • Prepare, cook, and serve high-quality food to our guests
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of [30] hours per week, including weekends
  • PAY RATE: Up to £13.04 per hour (day shift)
  • CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
  • HOURS: 30 hours a week, including weekends
  • LOCATION: Chelmsford City Centre Premier Inn, CM1 1NY
