Commercial Area Lead

Niyaa People is expanding its presence in the South West and seeks a seasoned Commercial Area Lead. This role entails overseeing operations from our Bristol office, requiring expertise in maintenance, particularly in commercial settings, and a solid grasp of profit and loss, and operational background.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage their existing client base, foster growth, and contribute to the company's overall success. A Company Van and flexible working schedule, allowing for remote work, are also offered. The estimated compensation for this position is £35,000 + Company Van.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Building Contracts and Development Agreements
- Prepare and analyse tender documentation for submission to contractors
- Collaborate with Senior Surveying staff on Project Manager & Employer's Agent instructions
- Create Specification, preliminary documents, and Employers Requirements/design briefs
- Promote consultancy services to potential clients and stakeholders
- Lead meetings and document meeting minutes, plans, and records
