About the Role:

The Stock Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting our online growth by ensuring seamless customer service and efficient stock processes. You will lead a team to meet performance targets, guaranteeing quick refunds for returned items or packaging stock for existing orders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Store management across back-of-house areas and maintain effective communication with the Store Manager.
  • Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient environment where safety and target achievement are paramount.
  • Create an atmosphere where team members feel supported, motivated, and inspired to excel.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach for commercial and operational activities by adapting to change and collaborating with the team.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate communication at all times to meet business needs.

A competitive salary of £37,500 per annum, flexible working options, and opportunities for personal development.

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to provide proof of their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. This role is not suitable for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met.
