We are seeking a highly analytical Commercial Planning Business Partner to join our team on a 6 month fixed term basis. As the right person, you will use your outstanding data analysis skills to identify opportunities within our Leased and Tenanted business and optimise pricing, promotions and sales initiatives from a B2B/B2C basis.



Key Responsibilities


  • Pricing and Promotions: Assist in evaluating B2B pricing strategies and B2B/B2C promotional activities to optimise revenue and profitability aligned with company objectives.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse sales data across sites and product categories, preparing reports and presenting findings to aid in decision-making for senior leaders.
  • Budget Support: Contribute to the ongoing analysis of sales levers, and performance versus targets.
  • Commercial Analytics: Use data analysis tools to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial initiatives, spotting areas for improvement, and propose actionable solutions.
  • Product Portfolio Management: Support the product management team in evaluating product performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with FP&A, marketing, operations, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial strategies and alignment across all departments.


About You

You will need a relevant degree with around 3 years experience within financial analysis, commercial planning or buying. You will be highly analytical. If you have also worked within hospitality or retail, we encourage you to apply.
