Tirebuck Recruitment Ltd is a well-established award-winning professional services business based near Solihull. We are currently seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join our team.
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced HR professional to provide strategic HR support to our Directors and employees. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures that align with our company's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Main Duties:- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and development.
- Review and update the company employee handbook with policy and legislative changes.
- Prepare detailed monthly HR reports for management.
- Manage a team of 6 staff, offering training and support while coordinating coverage for holidays and absences.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to Directors and employees on HR matters.
Requirements:
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
- Strong data and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high degree of self-management and initiative.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
