About the Job:

This Office Manager Lead role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced office manager to take on new challenges and responsibilities. You will be part of a dynamic team that values hard work and recognizes individual contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office facilities and equipment to a high standard
  • Handle HR duties, including staff development and performance management
  • Liaise with external auditors and other external partners
  • Manage stock levels and oversee security contracts
  • Ensure the team has everything they need to perform their roles effectively

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in office management, preferably within a large team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Experience in a law firm setting is an advantage

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, plus 38 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), free parking, annual pay reviews, and regular staff events.
