Support Worker for Children with Special Needs

This SEN Teaching Assistant role is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children with special educational needs.
The ideal candidate will have a compassionate approach and a desire to support students' personal and academic growth. They will be required to work collaboratively with teachers, creating an engaging and structured learning environment that fosters each student's development.
Key responsibilities include offering individual and small-group support to students with Autism, ADHD, and other special educational needs, as well as assisting with personal care, medical needs, and physical activities such as swimming, PE, and outdoor experiences like Forest School.
