Educational Professional for Special Needs

Leigh Academies Trust is committed to providing exceptional educational experiences for students with complex needs. We are seeking a talented and dedicated SEN Teacher (EYFS) to join our team at Leigh Academy Milestone, a special school for pupils with Profound, Severe and Complex needs.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with students with SEN and be able to provide the very best teaching and learning to ensure excellent outcomes. Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students with SEN, using evidence-based strategies and approaches.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Contribute to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of our SEN provision, ensuring it remains aligned with the latest research and best practices.
