Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our Production team as a Senior CNC Programmer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and refining advanced CNC programs for wood-based products.

Responsibilities:
  • CNC Programming and Setup: Develop, test, and refine complex CNC programs to ensure precision and efficiency in production.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the CNC production team, providing training, guidance, and support to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.
  • CAD & SolidWorks: Utilize CAD software to produce accurate design drawings and convert them into machine-readable formats for automated production.
Estimated salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in CNC programming, CAD, and solid modeling. Experience in team leadership and mentoring is also essential.
