We are seeking a skilled Driver Trainer to join our team at Fresh Direct's Wigan Depot. As a Driver Trainer, you will play a vital role in supporting our on-site teams by providing training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality training to our drivers, covering classroom and on-road assessments.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective training delivery and departmental needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of training activities and driver progress.
  • Contribute to the development of training programs and materials to support driver development.

Requirements

  • Recent HGV driving experience, preferably with multi-drop experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly to cover departmental training needs.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in using training software.
