Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training to drivers, covering topics such as vehicle safety, road safety, and driver behavior.
  • Conduct on-road assessments to evaluate driver performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with other members of the training team to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
  • Monitor and report on driver performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.

Requirements:

  • Recent HGV driving experience, preferably with multi-drop experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers and other stakeholders.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in using training software and systems.
  • Flexibility to work across all shifts, including occasional Saturdays.
