At Newbury Building Society, we are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our members receive the highest quality service experience.
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be working in our head office in Newbury, where you will have access to all the training and guidance you need to learn our processes and become a confident member of our dynamic team.
Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our members via email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions.
- Support members with their enquiries and requests arising from their interactions with our online service.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with internal and/or external customers.
