Workforce Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planner to join our Operational Excellence Team at Premium Credit Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to meet business objectives
- Analyze workforce trends and develop plans to address skills gaps and growth projections
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams to create resource budgets and track annual spend
- Develop headcount modeling to forecast staffing needs and optimize resource allocation
- Prepare reports and recommendations for stakeholders on current provision and performance
- Proven experience in workforce planning, capacity management, or resource allocation
- Qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and ability to make balanced decisions
- Solutions-focused with ability to use initiative to manage issues and drive outcomes
- Change management expertise to drive improvements
