Brand Marketing Data Analyst

We're seeking a skilled Marketing Data Analyst to join our team at Aegon UK. As a key member of our Marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies, leveraging a wide range of data sources to inform campaign targeting and execution.
- Maintain and enhance our core analytical sources of customer contact data, ensuring seamless campaign targeting and execution.
- Design and develop success measures to track the impact of campaign activity, combining diverse data sources to provide actionable insights.
- Utilize data visualization tools to inform and challenge teams, driving efficiency and effectiveness in future marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of customer segmentation models, supporting optimal campaign targeting.
- A numerate individual with a genuine passion for data and analysis, possessing strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work consistently to a high degree of data accuracy.
- Experience with data manipulation/analysis tools (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python) and large-scale data sourcing, extraction, manipulation, and interrogation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
- A non-contributory pension between 8-12%.
- A discretionary bonus, tied to personal and company performance.
