About the Role

We're seeking a talented Marketing Data Analyst to join our team at Aegon UK. As a key member of our Marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in helping us drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to develop targeted customer communication strategies using data from various sources.
  2. Maintain and enhance our core analytical sources of customer contact data to facilitate efficient campaign targeting and execution.
  3. Support the development of success metrics to track campaign impact, combining different data sources to provide actionable insights.
  4. Use data to inform and challenge teams to optimize future efficiency and effectiveness, designing and building reporting and data visualization frameworks as needed.
  5. Help design and maintain customer segmentation models to support optimal campaign targeting.
What We're Looking For
  1. A numerate individual with a genuine interest in data and analysis, strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  2. A keen attention to detail with the ability to work consistently to a high degree of data accuracy.
  3. Experience working with data manipulation/analysis tools (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python) and large-scale data sourcing, extraction, manipulation, and interrogation.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain data-related concepts in a simple and easily understandable manner.
  5. Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools is beneficial.
