About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Bar Supervisor at Falmouth Exeter Plus.

The successful candidate will be based in our bar on the Penryn Campus, sharing our passion for great drinks and bar food and contributing to a highly valued and crucial part of the bar team.

You will help create an excellent student experience, ensuring students' social requirements are met on both campuses while maintaining a fun and exciting environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare fresh food and produce alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
  2. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
  3. Manage and set an excellent example to the team, ensuring staffing levels are correct.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, with flexible hours and adaptability to work at varying events and across different sites.
