The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to take charge of our design efforts and lead a team of designers and engineers. As a Senior CAD and BIM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex 3D models using AutoCAD software, collaborating with clients to understand project requirements, and analysing and resolving technical issues that may arise during the design process.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of designers and engineers to deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.
  2. Develop and maintain complex 3D models using AutoCAD software.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop innovative solutions.
  4. Analyse and resolve technical issues that may arise during the design process.
  5. Conduct regular project meetings with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as architecture, engineering, or design.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including:
