Job Title: Transportation Digital Engineering Manager

Salary: NZD 160,000 - 220,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Digital Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our virtual team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our digital enablement strategy as it pertains to our transportation network.

You will provide operational support to our asset management, standards, and operational teams to ensure they are consistently applying a clear approach, standards, and procedures in line with our strategy. This includes ensuring that we have the right data and information to support our planning, both long term and through early project development.

About You
  • Proven experience in digital engineering strategies, complex roll-out of new digital ways of working, and ongoing support and continuous improvement practices
  • A deep understanding of AMDS, ISO 19650, and NZ BIM Handbook
  • Proven ability to build and maintain highly collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Experience applying in-depth analysis to complex issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly effective planning and organisational skills including time management and prioritizing work in a complex environment
  • Effective risk identification, mitigation, and valuation
  • A relevant or equivalent Digital Engineering / Business tertiary qualification
  • Knowledge of Te Ao Māori and te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi)
