**Job Title:** Freight Transport Professional
We are seeking an experienced Freight Transport Professional to join our logistics team in Canterbury, United Kingdom.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight transport and logistics, with excellent knowledge of road safety regulations and company policies.
This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the transportation of goods from suppliers to customers.
- Develop and implement effective freight transport strategies.
- Lead and manage a team of drivers and other logistics personnel.
- Monitor and report on delivery performance and progress.
Requirements:
- Valid UK driver's license (Category B or higher).
- Proven experience in freight transport and logistics.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to handle and lift heavy items.
Estimated Salary Range: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
