Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Lead to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a key member of our North West OOH service, you will be responsible for supervising and assisting our coordinators and operational staff to ensure the smooth running of our service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of our staff, conducting regular appraisals and audits to motivate them in providing a quality service.
- Recruiting and training new staff, as well as implementing workshops and training programs for existing employees.
- Reporting to the Operations Manager on any issues that may arise, and preparing statistical data for meetings.
- Discussing plans with the Operations Manager on how to improve the service and contribute to the development of our team.
