About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Lead to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As an Operations Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our North West OOH service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist coordinators and operational staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, conducting regular appraisals and audits to motivate staff and improve service delivery.
- Recruit and train new staff, as well as implement training and workshops for existing employees.
- Report to the Operations Manager on any issues that may arise, providing statistical data and recommendations for improvement.
