Job Title: Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of our service, repairs, and maintenance business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high levels of customer service in line with our 5-Star Customer Promise.
- Manage the daily activities of the service, repairs, and maintenance team.
- Handle customer complaints and QHSE processes.
- Effectively manage and monitor the department's P&L, complete billing, and maximise gross profitability of all services.
- Produce accurate reports to track completed works, meet deadlines, and evaluate revenue and costs.
- Manage all service contracts in line with SLA requirements.
- Participate in pricing parts, labour, and other charges, ensuring policies and procedures are up-to-date.
- Assist with PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and accreditations.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £45,000 + bonuses (up to 15%).
- 20 days annual leave (increasing annually to a maximum of 25 days after 5 years) plus Bank holidays.
