Senior Talent and HR Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent and HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Your Claim Matters in Wolverhampton, West Midlands.

About the Role

The Senior Talent and HR Coordinator will be responsible for leading and managing a small HR department, acting as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, and managing offshore team members. The role will also involve creating and posting job advertisements, sourcing potential candidates, and coordinating the full end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a small HR department
  • Act as first point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • Manage offshore team members
  • Create and post job advertisements
  • SOURCE potential candidates
  • Coordinate the full end-to-end recruitment process
  • Maintain relationships with recruitment third parties
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs
  • Assist in performance management systems
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • General HR duties
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with the finance team to complete monthly payroll
  • Manage HRIS - Breathe
  • Review and refine employee benefits
  • Prepare HR reports for line managers
Requirements
  • Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years in recruitment/talent acquisition and HR
  • Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools
  • Ability to multitask
  • Confident to build stakeholder relationships
  • Managerial experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
