Senior Talent and HR Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent and HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Your Claim Matters. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a small HR department, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, providing expert advice and guidance to employees and managers.
  • Manage offshore team members, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, attracting top talent to our organization.
  • Source potential candidates online and network to find suitable candidates, utilizing your expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment process, including sifting CVs, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
  • Maintain relationships with recruitment third parties, ensuring a high level of service and support.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Assist in performance management systems, supporting career development initiatives and conducting exit interviews.
  • Conduct general HR duties, including maintaining accurate employee records and managing HRIS.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to complete monthly payroll and work on payroll updates.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years in recruitment/talent acquisition and HR.
  • Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ability to multitask, with excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Confident to build stakeholder relationships, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Managerial experience, with a proven track record of success in HR and recruitment.
