Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy, ensuring a positive and rewarding working environment for all staff.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, promoting a culture of open communication and collaboration.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the best talent is attracted and retained.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of people, driving high performance and business growth.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Nurture a positive working environment, fostering a culture of inclusivity, respect, and empathy.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, recognizing and rewarding outstanding contributions.
Requirements
  • A Level 5 CIPD as a minimum, demonstrating a strong foundation in HR principles and practices.
  • People-oriented and results-driven, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to build relationships and challenge, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases, with the ability to architect strategy and lead change initiatives.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.
