Senior Talent and HR Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent and HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Your Claim Matters. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading and managing a small team, providing HR support, and driving our recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small HR department, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Manage offshore team members, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, attracting top talent to our organization.
  • Source potential candidates online and network to find suitable candidates, utilizing your expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Oversee the full end-to-end recruitment process, including CV sifting, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Maintain relationships with recruitment third parties, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Assist in performance management systems, supporting career development initiatives and conducting exit interviews.
  • Perform general HR duties, including payroll coordination and employee record maintenance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR.
  • Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Managerial experience, with a proven track record of leading and managing teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and presentations.
