About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Rheumatology Specialist Nurse to join our team at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as an expert practitioner in Rheumatology Nursing, providing high-quality care to patients with rheumatic conditions.
  • Manage a caseload of patients, including screening, treatment, and education through nurse-led clinics and helplines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from Paediatrics, Dietetics, and Psychology to provide comprehensive care to paediatric patients.
  • Administer medications according to Trust policies and procedures.
  • Work independently in Primary Care Clinics and as part of an integrated team to deliver excellent patient care and experience.
