Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team at Puro Accountancy. As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality financial services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review year-end financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Financial Analysis: Assist in the preparation of management accounts, budgets, and cash flow forecasts, providing valuable insights to help clients improve their financial performance.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and providing expert financial and tax advice to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the practice, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Team Support: Support junior team members through coaching, training, and mentorship, promoting professional development and career growth.
- Accounting Experience: Proven experience working in a similar role within an accountancy practice, with a strong understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
- Qualifications: Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with a strong track record of delivering high-quality financial services.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues, and provide clear and concise financial advice.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
