Job Title: Asset Management Specialist

Job Summary:

VINCI Facilities is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Asset Management Specialist to join our team. As an Asset Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the maintenance and operation of client assets across various sectors, including education, healthcare, commercial, and Ministry of Defence (MOD) clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee the maintenance and operation of client assets across various sectors.
  2. Ensure that all building maintenance activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.
  3. Utilize Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems to manage asset data, maintenance schedules, and work orders.
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their asset management needs and provide tailored solutions.
  5. Conduct regular site visits to assess the condition of assets and recommend maintenance actions.
  6. Support the development and implementation of asset management plans and strategies.
  7. Prepare and present reports on asset performance, maintenance activities, and project progress.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A good understanding of building maintenance processes and practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide as required.
