As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive work on fabric equipment, developing drainage plans and designs for rail infrastructure projects, and ensuring compliance with relevant environmental and engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out reactive work on fabric equipment on the client asset register.
- Develop detailed drainage plans and designs for rail infrastructure projects.
- Ensure drainage designs comply with relevant environmental and engineering standards.
- Oversee the installation of drainage systems during rail construction projects.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
- Address and resolve drainage issues that arise during and after construction.
- Full UK driving license.
- Design air conditioning (AC) systems for rail vehicles and infrastructure.
- Address and resolve AC-related issues that arise during and after installation.
- Call out rota and standby rate for all engineering roles is one in six and £125 per week.
- 20 days annual leave.
- Auto-enrol pension with employee contribution of 5% and employer contribution of 3%.
- Sick pay.
