The Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled CRM Manager to join a business that is serious about growth, backed by leadership with a proven track record of scaling retail brands. You will be responsible for unlocking the full potential of customer data, driving digital transformation, and enhancing customer lifetime value. This role offers a chance to work with cutting-edge tools and a substantial marketing budget, creating a comprehensive CRM strategy from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and lifetime value
  • Lead the analysis of customer behaviour to inform targeted marketing strategies
  • Define and execute personalised communication campaigns

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM management or related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing CRM strategies
  • Expertise in data analysis and customer behaviour

Salary: £Competitive (£60,000 - £80,000 per annum) based on qualifications and experience. A performance-based bonus scheme may also apply.
