We are currently seeking an IT Transformation Manager to join our team, specifically for the implementation of integrated Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems across multiple Trusts. This role requires a strong understanding of data management, infrastructure, and system security, as well as experience in NHS project/program management.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing EPR systems or IT transformation projects. They should also hold accredited project management qualifications (e.g., Expertise in ITIL best practices and familiarity with digital healthcare solutions).

Job Description
As an EPR Technical Project Manager, your responsibilities will include leading assigned EPR workstreams, ensuring technical readiness or data preparation for migration into the new EPR system. Develop, monitor, and update project plans, providing governance and escalation where needed. Analyze complex data, manage risks, and generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders. Support procurement processes for digital systems and ensure contract compliance.
