Main Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone queries and provide information to patients and visitors.
  • Arrange appointments and register patients using our in-house database.
  • Prepare and type clinic letters and reports using digital or audio dictation.
  • Assist with preparation of future clinics and chase patient results.
  • Provide administrative support to our medical team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a medical or legal secretary is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is highly desirable.
