Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in the London Hoddesdon Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management tasks to ensure effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate office furniture installation projects from start to finish
  • Ensure timely and efficient project delivery, meeting client expectations
  • Collaborate with installation operatives, team leaders, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Develop and implement effective logistics management strategies to minimize delays and costs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and performance

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of office furniture project management principles and practices
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions
  • Relevant certifications in project management or related fields, such as PRINCE2 or Agile
