We are seeking a Senior Design Manager to join our Build division, working on a wide range of Design & Build projects in the Industrial & Logistics, Commercial and Life Sciences space.

About the Role

As a Senior Design Manager, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of design management in accordance with the agreed design programme and deliverable schedule. You will work closely with our project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver design management services across multiple projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Ensure compliance with relevant design standards, regulations, and company policies
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Design Manager with a strong background in design management, construction, and project delivery. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
