Talent Management Director

Talent Management Director required to lead the development and implementation of compensation strategies at Arrow McLaren IndyCar. As a key member of our People Team, you'll oversee employee flexible benefits programs, including health and wellbeing benefits, pension plans, holidays and paid time off, salary sacrifice initiatives, and other flexible benefits.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing performance-based bonuses, incentives, and merit-based pay increases, analysing internal compensation data and trends to inform recommendations and adjustments, and collaborating with our finance team to establish and manage budgets for compensation and benefits programs.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees and leaders across the organisation.
- Lead on the implementation of new pay and employee benefit initiatives, providing advice and direction to all levels of employees and leaders.
- Ensure that all compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
