The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our marketing team, ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns, events, and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Manage emails, schedule meetings, coordinate internal communication, and maintain accurate records.
  • Event Planning: Assist in organizing internal and external marketing events, including photoshoots, meetings, and team activities.
  • Fundraising and Budgeting: Help with invoice processing, budget tracking, and ensuring all administrative aspects of marketing campaigns are well-documented and aligned with company procedures.
  • Photoshoot Coordination: Organize travel, accommodation, samples, and catering for photoshoots.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all marketing equipment in the office is maintained and kept tidy, including post to and from the Uxbridge office.
  • Influencer Outreach: Coordinate influencer outreach efforts, including managing lists of potential partners, facilitating sample send-outs, and tracking collaboration results.
  • Communication: Maintain positive and timely communication with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors.
  • Evaluation and Reporting: Assist in evaluating the performance of influencer partnerships and preparing reports for the marketing team.
  • Data Analysis: Support the marketing team in gathering and analysing campaign data, including social media metrics, influencer reach, and brand awareness metrics.
About You:
  • A passion for fashion, lingerie, and marketing with a keen interest in social media and content creation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or marketing internship is desirable but not essential.
