The RoleWe're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our small, friendly HR Team. As an HR Administrator, you'll be responsible for processing all administration related to the employee life cycle, supporting recruitment, and ensuring all screening procedures are followed. You'll also respond to a range of enquiries, both in person and online, and work collaboratively with the wider organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Process all administration related to the employee life cycle
- Support recruitment and ensure all screening procedures are followed
- Respond to enquiries from colleagues and potential new colleagues
- Work collaboratively with the wider organisation
