About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Manager to join our team at West Hall, a luxury care home providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high-quality service that meets the needs of our residents and their families.
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to ensure excellent care standards are maintained.
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote individualized person-centered care.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with CQC standards.
  • Manage the financial and operational aspects of the care home, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in care management, preferably in a small to medium-sized care home.
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards and their impact on care management and practice.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to promote a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Complete understanding of the needs of older people and dementia care.
