Job Title: Weekend General Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Weekend General Assistant to join our team at Holroyd Howe. As a Weekend General Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and restaurant areas during weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of food and snacks for our customers.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen and restaurant environment at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a prompt and efficient service.

Client Service:

  • Ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience and exceed their expectations.
  • Be visible and approachable during service periods, and be quick to respond to customer needs.
  • Project a positive and helpful attitude, and be knowledgeable about our food items.

People:

  • Treat your colleagues with respect and professionalism.
  • Cooperate with your team members and undertake duties as requested to ensure an efficient service.

Health & Safety, Food Safety, The Environment:

  • Attend training courses as required to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Rigorously follow our unit cleaning schedules to maintain high standards.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Attend location meetings as required.
