Job Title: Hospitality & General Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality & General Assistant to join our team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer providing fresh innovative food services to independent schools and colleges. As a key member of our operations team, you will work closely with our Catering Manager to deliver exceptional food and service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with the successful delivery of events across our sites
* Monitor daily standards and report any concerns to your line manager
* Liaise with key teams to ensure consistent food and service standards
* Meet clients on arrival and ensure their event requirements are met
* Conduct regular checks of event areas for maintenance and health and safety issues
* Assist with lunch service preparations and service
* Provide prompt and efficient service to customers, exceeding their expectations

Requirements:

* Event experience
* Good health and safety knowledge
