Job Title: Weekend General Assistant

About the Role:

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Weekend General Assistant to join our team at Holroyd Howe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of food and snacks for our clients.
  • Ensure the kitchen and restaurant areas are clean and tidy at all times.
  • Provide a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service to all customers.

Client Service:

  • Deliver a prompt and efficient service to our customers, exceeding their expectations at every opportunity.
  • Be visible and approachable during service periods, always willing to go the extra mile to meet customer needs.
  • Project a positive and helpful attitude, seeking knowledge of our food items and keeping areas and service counters clean and fully stocked.

People:

  • Treat your colleagues with respect and kindness, just as you would expect to be treated.
  • Cooperate with all team members and undertake duties in the kitchen and service areas as requested to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered.

Health & Safety, Food Safety, The Environment:

  • Attend food safety, health and safety, and environmental training courses as required.
  • Rigorously follow our unit cleaning schedules.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Attend all location meetings as required.
  • Show commitment to our company values in all aspects of your role.
  • Act as a positive ambassador for Holroyd Howe.
  • Attend to any reasonable request made by the client or Holroyd Howe Management.
  • Ensure compliance with our policy on safer recruitment and safeguarding children and young adults at all times while at work.
