Early Years Leadership Role at Blom and Blom

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to fill the position of Early Years Leadership Role.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our team of early years professionals, developing and implementing effective strategies to improve our childcare services, and ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of early years professionals
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve our childcare services
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Monitoring and evaluating the quality of our childcare services

Requirements:

  • Minimum level 3 qualification in Childcare such as EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE or recognised equivalent
  • Minimum 18 months of nursery management experience
  • Up-to-date knowledge of EYFS framework and regulations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
  • Ability to identify priorities and meet outcomes
